A practical structure
Start with the problem, explain why it happens, and give a step-by-step fix. Keep it simple. Include examples, screenshots, and checklists.
1) Define the goal
Pick one primary KPI: ROAS, CAC, cost per qualified lead, or pipeline revenue.
2) Fix measurement first
If conversions are inaccurate, smart bidding won’t work. Validate GA4, GTM, and conversion actions before scaling spend.
3) Make one change at a time
Keep your tests clean so you know what caused the improvement (or the drop).
